IPE / Ironwood Decking

IPE Decking

This image shows the decking of the IPE Bridge project.  We used biscuit style connectors (Biscuit joints cut with a Porter Cable 557 Plate Joiner, cuts were sealed with wax) Biscuits are barely visible between the deck boards on top of each of the 5 stringers.  Stainless screws were used to connect the biscuit to the stringers.
